About My Skin: Dry with eczema

My skin is dry and sensitive and when it comes to body wash, I'll typically opt for a fragrance-free formula but was curious about The Body Wash's eucalyptus scent. (I can't be the only one that thinks that sounds dreamy. To my delight, the fragrance was as gorgeous as I'd imagined, but the true test was how my skin would react to it.

Nécessaire's The Body Wash starts as a gel before it becomes a light lather. It suds up beautifully, slips across skin, but leaves behind no greasy residue. What it does leave behind is a faint, refreshing scent of eucalyptus.

About the Ingredients: Anti-inflammatory

The Body Wash contains niacinamide as well as vitamin E. Both are anti-inflammatory ingredients, and niacinamide is known to help lessen the redness of eczema, acne, and other inflammatory skin diseases. Vitamin E has the added benefit of helping reduce the appearance of stretch marks and scars.

The Result: Clean, nourished skin

The Body Wash is a mildly fragranced gel that is neither drying nor irritating. It cleanses effectively and leaves skin feeling refreshed. After a few weeks of using this product, my skin feels smoother and healthier.
